Throttle Settings

The Settings screen lets you customize the Throttle app to suit your operating style.

Connection Mode

Choose how the Throttle app communicates with your layout:

• Firebase — The default mode. Commands are sent through Firebase and picked up by the DEJA Server. Works from anywhere with an internet connection.
• WiThrottle — Connect directly to a WiThrottle-compatible command station on your local network. Lower latency, but requires a direct network connection.

Theme

Switch between Light and Dark modes. The app defaults to your system preference.

Footer Navigation

The bottom navigation bar shows your most-used pages as quick-access buttons. In Settings, you can customize which pages appear in the footer:

• Drag to reorder items
• Toggle items on or off
• Default favorites: Throttles, Conductor, Throttle, Effects, Routes, Turnouts, Signals

Display Preferences

Additional display options let you fine-tune the Throttle experience for your setup and screen size.
